Many facilities do not have the staff with the knowledge or time to perform preventative maintenance on their multimedia equipment to ensure longevity. Whatever the case, Zygo Sound will customize a maintenance schedule contract (see overview) that meets your exact needs. Below are some examples of the services we provide:
Preventative Maintenance
You may not be aware that your power amplifiers, computers, projectors and all other equipment with a fan or air filter needs to be cleaned out on a regular basis. Dust is a heat insulator and can cause your investment to overheat and eventually stop working the way it should.
Hardware Replacement
How many people on your staff like to climb ladders? (And not the corporate kind!) We will come in and replace lamps in your stage lighting fixtures, projectors and intelligent lights. We will also install any new equipment that you purchase to upgrade and ensure it's working correctly.
Equipment Repair
No one likes buying new cables when one doesn't work. Our technicians have hours and hours of experience soldering and repairing bad cables. We also pride ourselves in our troubleshooting success. If part of your system isn't working, we will hunt down the problem and fix it.
Emergency Response
It's scary when something doesn't work on a Sunday morning. Our clients with maintenance contracts recieve top priority and, many times (depending on location), 24 hour on-site response. We offer on-site assistance and free phone support when necessary.
